<p>My parcels with tracking number AR ********** 810 and AR ********** 808 have been at local depot since 18/11/2016 and have been loaded onto courier vehicle since 21/11/2016. It is now 23/11/16 17h00 and still have not received my parcels. I have called numerous times at the office speaking to Amanda and Sonia and each time I am told that "you will receive your parcel today Madam". Incompetence of this company is beyond words.</p>
