The most shocking service and attitude I have ever had from a courier company. After having my parcel in their depot for a week without delivering, they **** about having been at my premises (camera footage proof). They make one phone call with no message then claim they've tried to contact you often. When you start social media threats, suddenly the parcel finds its way to you in a hurry. Use them if you want a company who blames customers for their botch ups. Use them if you want the goods to arrive after the event you needed them for. Use them if you are stark raving mad.
