Slowest not fastest

After contacting and confirming with a proof of payment on Thursday, the contacted the sender via telephone to confirm pick up on Friday, they only arrived the Monday afternoon, upon pick the courier promised that it would still be delivered as arranged on the Tuesday. Ànd confirmed that they also deliver to my area on Thursdays. It has been a week from the initial arrangement and I still did not receive my package. When I contacted them they said that I will receive my package on the coming Tuesday, that means that they take 12 days for a delivery in the same country. Everyday my package is late it costs me money. I have received packages from over seas quicker than they delivery. I will never use them agai n and will advise everyone I know not to.
