Slowest collections in the world

FastWay should really consider a name change to Slow Way Couriers. I booked 5 parcels on Monday and they still have not even been collected and it's flippen Wednesday. They keep making promises and not delivering (pun intended).

I am so sick of bad service from these people, so i am cancelling the shipments and going with another (more reliable) courier company.
