Slowest and most unprofessional courier service in South Africa

Please save yourself the trouble and use any other courier service. Fastway is honestly the slowest and most unprofessional courier service that I have dealt with. I regularly place online orders and every single experience has been terrible. Their driver, Emmanuel consistently delivers my parcels after business hours, between 6pm and 7:30pm when I'm often not available and 2 to 3 days later. The most recent parcel took him a week to deliver. I constantly complain but all they do is apologise. How can they call themselves Fastway when they take a week to deliver a parcel with no explanation why the parcel is delayed? I now ensure that all my online orders will not be delivered by Fastway. Terrible service from Fastway.
