Sloway and Not Fastway

I bought a package from onedayonly and the package was picked up on the 11th of December. It went out for dilivery only to be returned back to the depot. Now on the 14th I checked and it showed it has been left at the north bay again. I phoned the depot of Fastway Pretoria and they put the phone down even before I spoke. What type of Goverment service is this?
