Slow way Nonsense

I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered for over a week now from Fastway Pretoria. This *********** company does not know what they are doing. The phone is never answered half the time and when it is eventually answered they send you from pillar

to post. I Spoke to a lady Called Ela and she promised my parcel is out for delivery to which this is false. When you call they will transfer you to people who do not want help you. Telling you at 4pm that it's already too late for them to check my parcel. I wanted to get Bolt to collect my parcel and now they telling me that they need to ask the supervisor who clearly does not want to assist. They guys name is Norman and He doesn't want to work. I am running a business and they are messing with mu livelihood. ****** hell
