Slow Way deliviers

I ordered 2items on the 4th June from the same company on the same day and time. Today 10th June I only received 1 parcel. Call centre agents cannot trace the parcel. Ho bad is that? Snail Way not fast Way. I would not recommend them for my deliveries. When I asked to speak to someone in charge that person did not even bother to pick up the phone. Where is my parcel LR*** ?
