Slow way courrier + rude agents!!!

This is the worst courier company. I called in and after more that 30 minute's of waiting I finally got through to Poppie regarding My Temu parcel. I paid customs almost a week ago and my parcel is not coming through. Poppie is f-king rude and abrupt, she never helped me instead saying its not their fault the parcel is not being released and there is nothing they can do and she cannot tell me when it will be released. I asked to speak to a manager and she transferred me through to a blank line where no one answered and the call got cut. Im so angry!!!!!
