Slow way courier should be their name!

The worst experience any person that can ever experience. Been waiting for my parcel for over a week now. Yesterday they scanned that ot was delivered when it didn't even reach me. Today when I called I was promised I would get it today bit the courier guy drove all the way only to realize that it was at the bay not in his delivery schedule. Fastwais the worst courier company ever!! Each encounter with them is a painful and exhausting experience. I have never ever had any smooth deliveries but this current one is the worst. I go to bed without my much needed parcel.
