Slow Way, change your name - FALSE advertising!

Parcel sent on 13 January from Cape Town, arrived in Durban (according to their tracking website) on Monday 16th, sat there to go passed my address to Richard's Bay on 19th. Eventually delivered on 24 January. Tried to interact on WhatsApp, on 19th, where I would receive a call back "shortly" Still haven't received the call. Now WhatsApp is unresponsive! Hugely disappointed, as the good were needed for the weekend of the 21st.
