SLOW-WAY and their pathetic customer service.

Firstly you should change your name to Slow-Way couriers. It is beyond me how utterly pathetic your service is. I send an enquiry about my parcel on Facebook messenger is is then read an ignored 15minutes later. I try your live chat service - your hours get thrown in my face. I tried calling earlier and the lines were busy. I cannot comprehend how a parcel from PTA to Roodepoort ( 40 mins away ) takes 48-72 hours to be delivered if I'm lucky. So my small business must stand still till you decide when you feel like delivering my parcel. I wish this service provider would change to another courier. I myself was considering opening an account with my business with Fastway but after all these dealings I'm glad I havnt. I would NEVER recommend you to anyone. I use BEX Express and my parcels that are picked up even at 18h00 are still delivered next day. This parcel was collected yesterday at 12h15 but yet no parcel yet its been onboard the vehicle all day . What a joke.
