SLOW-WAY

Communication on all platforms are atrocious. The status on my package is between that they tried to contact the consignee and that there's an issue at their depot. Bare in mind that NO ONE has tried to deliver or contact me. This has been all week and still I'm waiting for them. No one answers on WhatsApp nor FB messenger and their phone line disconnects.
