SLOW SERVICE FROM "FAST"WAY

Good day,

I ordered from a cake shop in Krugersdorp and paid for fastway couriers to deliver my parcel. I am located in Randfontein (20km away) The parcel was collected on the 7th May and it is already the 17th May and I have not yet received my parcel. I keep enquiring and keep being told they will deliver it that same day but nothing gets delivered. Their service has really taken a back spin.
