Slow delivery and terrible service

My parcel was meant to be delivered on Friday 15/07/2016 via overnight postage. When calling the Durban Depo at lunch time asking when +- it would arrive, I was told it will be with me by 5pm. Come 4:50pm i called the depo again asking where is the package due for delivery that day.

They put me through to the driver and the driver went on to say he called me twice and he was on his way home now, I have my phone on me at all times for work and recieved no missed calls, missed call notifications or messages stateing that there was a problem finding my house. I went on to tell the driver I dont care where he is I will meet him and drive from Howick to Durban if need be as I need the parcel for a charity even that Sunday. He went on to say he will call me back and put the phone down, no goodbye nothing.

Now furious I tried calling the depo and ofcourse they have no emergency contact number or after hours number, so sorry for any customers they cant perform their services for properly, they have to wait till Monday.

Monday morning I was put through to a lady who went on to say sorry etc the package will be there brfore 12 today.

Now typing this at 3:30pm I have called the depo again to be told it will arrive sometime this afternoon.

I am beyond annoyed and disgusted at the low level of service this courier service provides, I will be notifying the supplier on my parcel as well as any businesses I come into contact with to send any goods wih ANY OTHER (including the post office rather) courier company.
