Slow delivery and bad attitude

Our package was not delivered on the day it was loaded on the dispatch truck. We waited the whole day. Half a day later the delivery guy arrives at our house while we were out. He was not willing to wait a few minutes and when we contacted the head office they were not willing to help us. The delivery guy gave me an attitude over the phone and said that he decides when to deliver the packages and will not come back to bring the package the same day. He was just around the corner from our house. The head office was also not accommodating and would not help sort out the problem. Finally I had to drive to meet him just one km away from my house to get my package.
