Slow delivery

2G*** I've been struggling with this company to deliver to the said addres on my parcel. Two driver has attempted to deliver to Attridgeville area but never arrived. The first one asked me to meet him half which I couldn't. Th second Called to say he is not not coming because it's not his area, so he will take parcel back. I've been on the calls most of the time with their consultants. Every time I am told someone will bring it tomoro or latest day after tomoro. Yesterday I even spoke to a team supervisor who said the same. Parcel is there since 23 November. Every time I only see parcel left in West Bay. This company is very disappointing.
