SLOW DELIVERY

I had sent out 3 parcels with Fastway last week and the status has not changed any my clients are unhappy with the service and will never use me again to purchase my goods!!!! Because of Fastway's PATHETIC service I have lost out on revenue! Will they be compensating me???
