SHUT DOWN!

I'm sorry Fastway but you are the WORST service courier company I have ever dealt with. Our company used you for a year and have been forced to mvoe to another company because your service is so terrible that we started losing clients from it. Your service started destroying our brand name and caused furious clients.Your drivers do not call clients upon delivery and just "assume" buildings are closed. You NEVER communicate with clients that parcels are going to. Your service is absolutely appalling. Everyday I had to deal with a different issue from you. I agree with the below review - you guys need to be shut down - you cannot operate on such a terrible service level!
