Its a pity there is no half a sttar or so. This is the worst courier service ever. The drivers just drop parcels wherever they feel like, no call no notification, nothing. You just receive an email that your parcel was delivered and after that, you are on your own. THIS BUSINESS MUST BE SHUT DOWN. Even the call centre agents are arrogant.
