**** show of a company with the rudest drivers.

Received Emails and texts stating my package was out for delivery on 2025-11-18 stayed home to receive it , only phone at 16:14 by an incredible rude driver by the named Celiwe who said that i must come out of the complex to receive the package as if he was doing me a favor, then when i questioned he said he had spoken to me over the intercom to me before and it was my fault ( i had never revived any intercom message during the whole day.) Then had to phone him back later as i had heard nothing, where he blatantly told be he had delivered the package to another complex. What kind of **** show is run at this company, I better get an explanation an my expensive package or i will seek legal options.
