Shoddy dishonest service !!!

I have had the worst possible service from Fast way Durban. Never use them as a courier company. I ordered some clothes that were picked up in Durban and then in transit to Ladysmith as from Monday 18 July 2022....4 days later this little parcel is still in the truck. Nobody will be honest about where it is just that it is still in transit. I then get told it takes 5 days to deliver....a courier service is supposed to be fast and professional. I use many courier companies who deliver speedily. This has been very disappointing as it was a gift for my daughter abroad and I leave this weekend to visit her
