Shockingly terrible service

We ordered something on the 25th November, it was picked up by the couriers on the 30th November and for 5 days the tracking showed "The parcel has been left in the North Bay and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery". Then on the 5th Dec it was "Onboard - the parcel is onboard the Courier vehicle." Then back in the North bay, then today finally onboard again, now back in the bay. It was collected on the 30th November and been there since. No explanation as to why that cannot deliver it. The company we ordered from follow up and they keep saying they will deliver that day, and guess what still nothing! This is absolutely ridiculous! If there is an issue let us know what is going on!?!
