Shocking service regarding pick up and deliveries

Fastway should change their name to Slow way or No Way Couriers. Parcels are never picked up on time. Had to wait almost one week for a pick up and now am waiting since Tuesday for a delivery. Was promised delivery late yesterday and am still waiting. This after speaking to the driver himself yesterday and today his phone is off and even his call centre can't get a hold of him. Phoned call centre and asked to speak to manager. She was conveniently on another call and the owner Alexia not answering her phone as well. Everyone working there seems to have a don't care attitude. I am losing out on business because of their poor service and delivery.
