Shocking service - Nothing FAST about Fastway

I have been waiting for a 3rd day now for my parcel to be delivered. Every morning I get an email to say my parcel is on the way, then at 6pm I get another email saying it couldn't be delivered "due to unforeseen circumstances" which conveniently happens to be after their office hours with no way to query other than a WhatsApp robot that goes round in circles. Eventually when I did manage to get hold of a human I was told to wait and see if it gets delivered today and if not I need to call back again tomorrow and THEN only will they see what they can do!? It's 14:30 and I have yet to receive any delivery or any communication from this company to see what the issue is. Unfortunately I wasn't able to choose the courier for my parcel to be delivered because if was up to me, I would never use their services.
