Shocking service, no replies. Cant rely on Fastway

I had an order to be delivered overnight, this was two weeks ago. I got my tracking number, and my parcel has been sitting at the deport for almost 2 weeks. I have emailed and called many times. The person posting my goods has also been in contact with Paul who says the reason why there is no delivery is because the delivery person in my area had a stroke. But does this mean nothing is being delivered for 2 weeks?? That the business has NO contingency plans in place? I think it's a poor excuses. One can't rely on the our postal service, so we pay these high prices for delivery, but its pathetic.
