SHOCKING SERVICE IN ALL RESPECTS FROM FASTWAY COURIERS.

I am trying to track my parcel and communicate with Fastway to establish a delivery date in order to ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery. The Fastway office number goes unanswered. The Whatsapp line send reply messages that their system is experiencing technical problems so this is a useless method..... and then the Chat Live feature..... I have been waiting for 15 minutes for an available agent. So how does one contact Fastway couriers when all their communication methods go UNANSWERED.
