Shocking service from Fastway Couriers South Africa

<p>I ordered items from a company in Durban who sent it via Fastway Couriers in Durban to their Cape Town depot,where I live. 3 weeks later and never arrived. Upon enquiry I was informed that they cannot track it down, even though they can see on their system they took it in. It is now simply gone, vanished into thin air.</p>
