Shocking service Fastway Durban

Absolute shocking lack of service from Fastway courier Durban. I was informed via email that 'my package would arrive today, the 26th April' but nothing pitched. The 27th is a public holiday and I therefore assumed it would not be delivered. Again I received an email this morning that my package is en route today,28th April! At 3pm I tried to call the offices only to be put on hold and cut off 4 times before getting to speak to someone. She at least was helpful and gave me the driver's number who I then called and he assured me that he would be there at 4pm, but did not come. I called him again at 4.45pm to check and he said he would be there. It is his last drop off, needless to say he did not arrive. This is completely unacceptable.
