SHOCKING SERVICE

Completely useless and incapable of taking any responsibility. They didn't deliver a parcel because the corona screening process at the address was going to take "too long". My parcel then sat in their warehouse for 7 days without them contacting me to inform me of their inability to deliver. A further three days and still no delivery. They pass the buck between themselves and do little to resolve the situation. You'd be better off sending your parcel by ***eon.
