shocking service

<p>I sent a parcel overnight from Jhb to Pta on Monday morning, it is now Friday afternoon, parcel is still not delivered.</p> <p>I contacted the depot on Friday morning at 08:00 and spoke to Michelle, telling her that my client is leaving for Cape Town at 09:30 and needs the parcel, she tells me that the courier will def be there before then. At 10:00 the parcel is still not there, I phone again and again Michelle promises that it will be delivered before 10:15. At 11:00 the parcel is still not there, I phone again and speak to Lydia which just says mm mm mm through everything and then puts me through to Michelle, who cuts me off. I phone back 3 times with no answer, 4th time Lydia answers again and says that Michelle is busy but she will tell her to phone me back. No phone call. 20min later I phone back again and Michelle is so rude and arrogant and says the driver is taking the off ramp and the parcel will be there in 10min and that she will phone me back in 10min. It's now an hour later, still no parcel or phone call....</p> <p>We send 1000's of parcels with Fast Way but will def be using other couriers from now on.</p>
