Shocking service

<p>Firstly I sat on the line waiting for over 20mins for the call to be answered. There is a non exsistent reception line which just keeps playing songs and there is no answer. I have been tracking my parcel since this morning at 7am it is now 16:30 I eventually get hold someone who told me to get hold of the driver who was so rude and put the phone down on me. No he tells me that he will not be delivering today as app they have been called back due to weather warnings. From where I am sitting there is relatively no heavy clouds, thunder or lighting in sight. Had this been said to me this morning I would have fully understood. This parcel was told to be delivered today. I have never received such bad service and if they are going to give drivers numbers out they need to make sure they are trained to talk to the customer in a professional manner. Never again will I use this company and I will suggest it to the place I have bought the item from too. </p>
