Shocking service!

Hi everyone please don't use this company as their service is so poor and they have lost or mislaid our parcel and did not give us any paperwork when collected. Nobody answers their phones when trying to get hold of customer services and they hang up when you complain. The best yet, it Greg Williams shouts at me accuses me of lying and argues with me, and then hangs up...great customer services. I will now have to lay a ******** charge against the company as it is the only way I can seem to get something done! I have never experienced service so bad before in my life and wonder how this company operates! #badservice #complaints #customer #people
