Shocking service

Pathetic. On the app it says delivery was done but the premises were closed. Ofcourse the premisis will be closed when you deliver at 18:45. Not even a call from the driver to ask if he can deliver at another address or if we can come and pick up. Literally was 200m away from our home. Customer service is shocking. Why Onedayonly uses them is beyond me. Will not be buying from any shop if they use this courier service.
