Shocking Service

I have been waiting for my parcel for a week and every time I track the parcel there is a new excuse for not delivering! Now the parcel gets left at the warehouse and no one can advise why or when the parcel will actually get delivered!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service will definitely never use them again.
