Shocking service

<p>Ordered a product online from a company in Midrand. Delivery was arranged for the next day. </p> <p>I tracked the parcel and it had been picked up by the driver at 06:57am Friday morning. I called the driver to see where he was and to ask when I could expect him at approximately 3pm (the schedule on the Fastway site stated that he delivered to my area after 4pm). The driver, Jabu Maseko was rude and full of excuses. He said that he was in Kyalami (5km from where I was) and that he would only deliver on Monday. He then hung up on me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I still don't have my parcel! </p>
