Shocking Service

I have never dealt with such a unprofessional, disorganised courier service ever. I recieved a sms stating my parcel was enroute on Monday morning 8H24 and would be delivered, i then recieved another sms stating my parcel had been delivered and recieved by Anneline, my name is Mike, after numerous Whatsapps and phone calls and promises of phoning me back the parcel was delivered on Tuesday 12h30, no explanations, apologies nothing, This company will never see my business again ever.
