Shocking rude and arrogant

Absolutely disgusting service.rude and arrogant driver. Do t even bother swnd an email to re route a parcel as it just gests dismissed. No notifications on delivery of parcel. Whats app travking is useless, staff at office leave you on hold for 10min plus and then convienantly put phone down. Took me 5 calls to lay a complaint and still not been able to do so. Hence coming here. Just a pitty TEMU use them. They dont wven deserve a star.
