Shocking & disappointing service

Shocking service from the JHB branch. My parcel was missing for 8 days, with an illegitimate "signed for and checked in" posted on the tracking system, only to find out that it was actually only delivered 8 days later. And NOBODY in the company could figure that out . And to boot, none of the managers take calls and nobody else keeps you updated. One lady in customer services JHB, Carmen, was huge help and sorted it out for me, but otherwise, sorry guys, no further business from me.
