SHOCKING!

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The PMB call agent was sarcastic and patronising when questioned where the parcel was and why it was STILL at the depot after being signed out the day before. She was argumentative when corrected about which province our town falls under, point blank refused to ask questions. This is so ridiculous and embarrassing to be the company as a whole. Train your staff and work on customer service. I don’t know how and why major companies would choose to use your service with this poor rating and reputation!
