Shock Service from Driver, Customer Care and all their Communications

Shocking service from customer care, whatsapp & their online chat. Both Whatsapp and online chat says a consultant would be with you but no consultant! Tried calling, held on for 33 minutes only for the customer care to disconnect me. Then managed to find out who was delivering my parcel and he told me he would be at me within the hour. Not sure why it would take him an hour when he was just up the road from me. Now I find when tracking there won't be a delivery as the parcel has been left at West Bay whatever that means. Really bad seeing as though the driver had my parcel since 8.11am!!!! And they cannot use the season as an excuse. I am in the courier business and our parcels get delivered!!
