Shivani Shiv was supposed to deliver my package

Fastway has a very unprofessional customer service. They are unreachable and very nonchalant about their customers. A lady by Shivani Shiv was supposed to deliver my package on the 5th of July. I told her I was not at home because the package was set to be delivered at 1:37 and she arrived at 9:54 without notice. I said I will arrange for someone to collect and she agreed, I made calls and the person I sent didn't find her. I called her she started shouting at me and telling me she is gone because she wasted 15min by me she has other deliveries to make. She was very disrespectful and till today 8th July there is no update on my parcel and I want my parcel. I hope to never come across fastway or Shivani for that matter after I receive my package. A disrespectful lady.
