Shein and buffalo logistics

I am so mad shein gave my order to Buffalo logistics because apart from their pathetic service delivery,they do not respond to any communication platform ...the last time I heard from buffalo was when they wanted custom fees.

Shein shipped my order two days after i placed it and it has since been stuck with Buffalo.i have sent them numerous emails ,whatsapps and calls with no response. This is my last resort .A tracker can't be stuck on one place for 4days with no explanation. Please send me a location of where my ****en items are Nd I will fetch them myself .Disgusting 🤮
