SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL

I am not a difficult person, and I don't like to fight, but this was my worst birthday ever, Fastway Couriers was suppose to deliver my very special birthday gift on Wednesday, which they never did, then I get a email saying that they didn't get to it and that it will be delivered on the 03 march which was yesterday, yet again empty promises, still NO delivery, I contact them this morning and what do they tell me, O SORRY WE ARE OFF LINE, really, this service is up to ****, I get told that I would be contacted when they are back online, that's not what I want, I want my parcel delivered, I will be at work today until 15h00, my tracking number NR*** needs to be delivered by then, or there will be consequences, you have ruined my birthday as this was a very special gift that needed to be delivered.
