Service that deserves 0 stars , 11 days and still no delivery or contact

Ordered online from Miladys, Parcel was handed over to Fastway couriers on the 17th of January. Till date there has been no delivery. Tracking on website was updated daily to say parcel is onboard courier vehicle. Today it is blank and says parcel awaiting scanning. Fastway has not gotten back to me with my online query as well as multiple emails. i called and spoke to 2 different service consultants and now I cannot get a hold of the Durban depot any longer. Absolute ******* service.
