Service not delivered

Good day, Tracking number 2G***5/ Reference number 46924 Parcel was sent to Fastway by Fine fragrance collection on the 8th March email was sent by Fastway that I will receive my parcel on the 10th of which I didn't. I called Fastway on the 13 March tracking my order they said my order is in Port Elizabeth depot. Complaint sent to fast way no response from them. tracked my order again it was delivered on 10th March and signed by another person.
