Service is not what it used to be

The service that Fastway used to offer was superior - it is now so sub standard that it is actually very sad. The franchise operators are not interested in their customers as they clearly have too much business on their hands. Complacence are met with absolute disdain. Staff are allowed to be rude and then the \owner"of the area says - sorry - he told me his story first so I will take my driver's word"
