I am sooo disgusted with Fastway couriers. Fastway Couriers failed to deliver parcels due to the driver’s vehicle breaking down. Despite this issue, there was no communication sent to customers about the delay. When I followed up, a call center agent responded rudely, shouting at me and saying they couldn’t possibly call 100 customers to inform them. They acted as if delivering our parcels was a favor rather than a service we paid for. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Mr. Price should reconsider using this subpar company for deliveries. How can a company operate without a contingency plan to serve its clients? When I contacted the driver directly, he even hung up on me while I was speaking. Fastway, you need to get your act together. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
