Service delivery sucks!

Firstly they try to deliver a parcel on a public holiday when no one is at the shop? Then you try their whatsup service? Doesnt work. Try calling? Its says they don't work on public holidays? Realy? This morning try calling them again? Whatsup still doesnt work? Then why have the service? Call them. Press 1 for customer service? Minutes later you get put through to the 3 or 4 for AVON customer service who has to put you through again and more minutes later you can only reset the parcel delivery so almost five days later i can only get hold of you to redirect the parcel? Fix your whataup. Fix your press 1. Fix your service by sending customers a SMS ! Shouldnt you have sent sms so that we know whats going on? Very useless service delivery
