My parcel Z*** should have been delivered yesterday according to the app . I already canceled my trip to Jhb to today and must leave at 12. I called witbank branch and the lady said the vehicle is out left the branch at 08:30 and will only deliver the parcel between 15/16H today. So again I look like the fool. I must cancel it again because I need it but Fastway doent care they feel a **** for you as a customer. Rather close the place. I think a Nigerian courier service will be more reliable
